Protected Cell Companies (Fees) Regulations, 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Protected Cell Companies Act, the Minister of Industries and International Business hereby makes the following Regulations —
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Protected Cell Companies (Fees) Regulations, 2004. Citation
2. There shall be paid to the Seychelles International Business Authority the following fees : Fees in respect of Protected Cell Companies
(a) Application fee for incorporation of a Protected Cell Company US$200
(b) Application fee for conversion of an existing company into a Protected Cell Company US$200
(c) Annual registration fee US$1000
(d) Fee for filing of annual return US$200.
