The Astana International Financial Centre Authority issued the AIFC Netting Regulations with amendments effective as of 30 June 2023. These regulations commenced on 1 July 2023, updating the legal framework for netting arrangements within the jurisdiction. The document supersedes the initial 2017 release and establishes the current binding requirements for market participants.
