Securities and Exchange Commission Ghana Invitation for Tender for Official Vehicle Supply

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Ghana invites sealed tenders for the supply and delivery of one 4WD 4.5L official vehicle under National Competitive Tendering procedures. Interested suppliers may obtain tender documents for a fee of GH₵500 between May 23 and June 12, 2018, at the Commission's Accra office. Tenders must be submitted by 10:00 AM on June 12, 2018, accompanied by a 2% tender security, and will be opened immediately thereafter.

SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, GHANA INVITATION FOR TENDER PROCUREMENT OF GOODS NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDERING (NCT)

  1. The Securities and Exchange Commission intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the supply and delivery of official vehicle. PACKAGE NUMBER NUMBER OF LOTS DESCRIPTION QUANTITY GR/SAEC/GD/0003/2017 1 4 WD 4.5L 1
  2. The Securities and Exchange Commission invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the Procurement of the above item. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in The Public Procurement Act 2003, (Act 663), The Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (ACT 914) and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
  3. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Securities and Exchange Commission and inspect the Tender documents at the address below from 23rd May to 12th June, 2018 at 09:00am to 4:00pm.   4. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵500.00) for each set payable by cheque at the accounts office from 23rd May to 12th June, 2018.
  5. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 AM on Tuesday 12th June 2018. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after deadline Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by Tender Security of Two Percent (2%) of the Tender price. All tender securities are payable by Cheque or Certified Bank Guarantee. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend, at the Meeting Room 215 of The Securities and Exchange Commission, 30, 3RD Circular Road, Cantonments, Accra Ghana at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, 12th June 2018.
