Finansinspektionen issued regulations governing the information that natural and legal persons must submit when applying for registration of operations or new operational branches under the Certain Financial Operations Act. The authority amended the regulations to update references from the Currency Exchange and Other Financial Operations Act to its new name, the Certain Financial Operations Act. These amendments, which adapt the rules to legislative changes, entered into force on 1 July 2025.
