Regulation on Transaction Approval Procedures and Insurer Register Requirements No 30/8
The National Commission for Financial Markets of Moldova issued Decision No 30/8 to establish standardized time limits, procedures, and methods for approving insurance transactions. The regulation mandates that insurers and reinsurers maintain a comprehensive Register documenting all guarantees, commitments, and related obligations.
