Virtual Assets Perimeter Guidance
The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority issued this guidance to clarify which virtual asset activities fall within the regulatory perimeter under the Financial Services Act 2008. Security tokens and electronic money tokens are subject to financial services licensing, while other virtual asset service providers must register under the Designated Businesses Act 2015 for anti-money laundering oversight.
