Instruction No. 17/2016 of August 8 on the Provision of Information Regarding Regulatory Capital Requirements for Operational Risk
The Bank of Angola issued Instruction No. 17/2016 to mandate financial institutions to report data on regulatory capital requirements for operational risk. Institutions must submit individual reports monthly and consolidated reports quarterly using specified forms and notes, while parent companies must provide consolidated information according to defined supervisory perimeter rules.
