Summary

Recalls the requirements applicable within the framework of update procedures provided for in Article 40 of Law No. 83/2017, of August 18, and disseminates other aspects that assist supervised entities for the purposes of preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in defining the conduct to be adopted in this context, including in cases of impossibility of updating the identification data of clients, their representatives, and beneficial owners.
