Revised High Level Controls Module (Module HC) Consultation

The Central Bank of Bahrain proposes a revised High-Level Controls Module (Module HC) to replace the existing framework under Volume 3 of its Rulebook. The updated requirements will be published on the CBB website and apply to all insurance licensees. Licensees must submit their feedback, including nil responses, in editable format by 10 August 2023.

## Consultation: High Level Controls Module (Module HC)  

As part of the CBB’s initiatives to further enhance its regulatory framework, the CBB is hereby proposing a revised High-Level Controls Module (Module HC) under the CBB Rulebook – Volume 3. The proposed requirements under the revised Module HC will replace the existing Module.  

The proposed revised Module HC shall be on the CBB website ([www.cbb.gov.bh](http://www.cbb.gov.bh)) under the “Open Consultations” Section.  

The CBB requests you to provide your comments, including ‘nil comments’ on the proposed amendments in an editable format to [consultation@cbb.gov.bh](mailto:consultation@cbb.gov.bh) by 10<sup>th</sup> August 2023.
