Financial Education for Youth, Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises
The National Bank of Ethiopia, in collaboration with St. Mary’s University and First Consult, issued this foundational training manual to standardize financial education for youth and small, micro, and medium enterprises (SMEs). The document mandates a structured ten-module curriculum covering business planning, goal setting, budgeting, accounting, savings, investment, financial sourcing, service delivery, digital finance, and risk management.
