Calendar for Submission of Prudential Returns, Credit Market Monitoring Programme Returns, Quarterly Financial Statements and Bank Charges
The Bank of Zambia establishes the 2025 submission deadlines for monthly prudential returns, quarterly credit market monitoring reports, financial statements, and bank charges across commercial banks and deposit-taking institutions. Submissions must be filed via the Bank Supervision Application System or designated email by specified monthly and quarterly dates, incurring a ZMW 500 penalty for late or uncorrected filings. Quarterly financial statements carry a ZMW 1,000 penalty for non-submission or lack of prior approval, alongside a daily ZMW 1,000 charge for statements remaining outstanding or published with errors.
