NOTICE OF PUBLIC OFFERING OF DIGITAL ASSETS LEASING ATLÁNTIDA, S.A., in its capacity as issuer of digital assets, hereby informs the general public that on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m., it will launch the Public Offering of its debt token “ALDT0001.”This digital asset seeks to provide investors with the opportunity to participate in the funding, through debt instruments, of movable and/or real estate financial leasing operations, with a focus on sustainability, economic development, and high social impact. The public offering has been duly authorized by the National Digital Assets Commission (CNAD) under registration entry AD-00016. This digital asset will have as its underlying asset the earnings before taxes generated on an annual basis, which will depend on the acquisition, development, and future commercialization of the real estate units forming part of the integrated urban development located within Polygon A of the project in Nuevo Cuscatlán, consisting of more than eight hundred real estate units.
