Decree No. 2016-151 Partially Repealing Decree No. 2013-559 of July 23, 2013 and Appointing Two Members to the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission
The Prime Minister of Madagascar partially repealed Decree No. 2013-559 and appointed Mr. Tody Flavien and Mr. Rajerison Henri to the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission for a three-year term, while retaining Mrs. Rakoto Harimino Oliarilanto until her remaining term expires. All contrary provisions are formally repealed, and the Decree takes immediate effect upon radio or television broadcast and public posting, independent of Official Journal publication. The Minister of Finance and Budget is charged with executing the Decree, which was issued in Antananarivo on March 8, 2016.

DECREE No. 2016-151 partially repealing Decree No. 2013-559 of July 23, 2013 and appointing two members to the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission
THE PRIME MINISTER, HEAD OF GOVERNMENT
Having regard to the Constitution; Having regard to Law No. 95-030 of February 22, 1996 concerning the activity and supervision of credit institutions; Having regard to Decree No. 2013-559 of July 23, 2013 appointing the members of the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission; Having regard to Decree No. 2015-2021 of January 14, 2015 appointing the Prime Minister, Head of Government; Having regard to Decree No. 2015-030 of January 25, 2015 appointing the members of Government; Having regard to Decree No. 2014-1684 of October 29, 2014 appointing the Governor of the Central Bank of Madagascar;
On the proposal of the Minister of Finance and Budget and the Governor of the Central Bank of Madagascar, In Council of Government,
DECREE:
Article 1: The provisions of Decree No. 2013-559 of July 23, 2013 are partially repealed.
Article 2: Mrs. RAKOTO Harimino Oliarilanto remains a member of the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission until the expiration of her remaining term.
Article 3: The following are appointed members of the Banking and Financial Supervision Commission for a term of three (3) years:
- Mr. TODY Flavien
- Mr. RAJERISON Henri
Article 4: All provisions contrary to those of this Decree are and remain repealed.
Article 5: Due to urgency and in accordance with Articles 4 and 6 of Ordinance No. 62-041 of September 19, 1962 concerning general provisions of domestic and private international law, this Decree enters into force immediately upon publication by radio and/or television broadcast or posting, independently of its insertion in the Official Journal of the Republic.
Article 6: The Minister of Finance and Budget is charged with the execution of this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the Republic.
