December 30, 2025; No. 223 A
Revoking the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 307 Issued to “Lombard Plus”, a Limited Liability Company
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”;
In view of Article 22 (1) (“i”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Pawnshops and Pawnshop Activities”; and cluase 22 of Appendix 1 as endorsed under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution (No. 32-N, dated February 3, 2017) on approving the “Procedure for Licensing Pawnshop Activities in the Republic of Armenia” and the “Form of the Pawnshop Activity License”;
Whereas on December 1, 2025 “Lombard Plus”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to terminate the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 307 issued thereto; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 55, dated December 17, 2025),
the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Revoke the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 307 issued to “Lombard Plus” Limited Liability Company under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 288A, dated December 23, 2015.
Publish the final part of this resolution on the website of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia through the Public Relations Service of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in order to protect the interests of and making this information publicly available for, the clients of “Lombard Plus” Limited Liability Company.
This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “Lombard Plus” Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Lombard Plus” Limited Liability Company.
