Moon Gold El Salvador and Moon Gold NA formally notified the El Salvador National Commission of Digital Assets regarding the issuance of the Alloy by Tether token aUSD₮. The token was launched on June 17, 2024, and is available on the Alloy by Tether website, with both issuers holding valid authorization under resolutions CNAD-CD-047-2024 and CNAD-CD-048-2024. This submission serves to update the regulatory files and registry of the authorized Digital Assets Service Providers.

(CNAD) Re: Formal Notification of Issuance
We hereby formally notify the CNAD of the issuance of the Alloy by Tether token, aUSD₮, by Moon Gold El Salvador, a Stablecoin Issuer authorized by the CNAD under resolution CNAD-CD-047-2024, and Moon Gold NA, a Stablecoin Issuer authorized by the CNAD under resolution CNAD-CD-048-2024. This token was launched on Monday, June 17th, 2024, at 7 AM CST.
The token is available on Alloy by Tether Website https://alloy.tether.to. Both Moon Gold El Salvador and Moon Gold NA are authorized by CNAD as Digital Assets Service Providers under registration numbers PSAD-0021 and PSAD-0022, respectively.
This notification is intended to update the files and registry accordingly.
