Implementation of EBA Recommendations on Outsourcing to Cloud Service Providers (EBA/REC/2017/03)
The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared its compliance with the European Banking Authority's recommendations on outsourcing to cloud service providers. These recommendations are applicable to credit institutions and investment firms subject to ACPR supervision. Regulated entities must take all necessary measures to ensure full compliance with these standards.
OPINION Implementation of the European Banking Authority's recommendations on outsourcing to cloud service providers (EBA/REC/2017/03) The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared itself compliant with the recommendations of the European Banking Authority on outsourcing to cloud service providers (EBA/REC/2017/03). These recommendations apply to credit institutions and investment firms subject to ACPR supervision, which must do everything in their power to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority).
