Notice of Consultation Paper Release (28 June 2008)
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) released three consultation papers for public feedback on 29 July 2008. Consultation Paper 57 proposes miscellaneous amendments to the Rulebook, while Paper 58 details the implementation of Basel II Pillars 2 and 3. Paper 59 revises key definitions of investments, collectively updating regulatory compliance standards.
