Amendment of Decision 11 Dated January 9, 2014
The Capital Markets Authority Chairman, serving as Governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon, has issued Announcement No. 10 to amend Decision No. 11 dated January 9, 2014. This regulatory update modifies the official roster of Financial Intermediaries in compliance with Law 161 on Capital Markets. The amended decision, effective January 26, 2015, establishes the current authorized list for ongoing market operations.
Announcement No. 10 On the Amendment of Decision no. 11 of January 9, 2014 Pursuant to Law 161 of August 17, 2011 on Capital Markets, Please be informed of the following: First: the Decision no. 11 of January 9, 2014 has been amended by changing the list of Financial Intermediaries.
