The decree expands the definition of connected or collateral activities to include IT, research, energy saving, and agro-food waste treatment services, while equating freshwater aquaculture with saltwater aquaculture for fishing credit purposes. The Committee also repealed the previous October 1983 deliberation and instructed the Bank of Italy to issue implementing guidelines.
