Circular No. 003-2010 on Information Disclosed by Issuers on the Regional Financial Market
The General Secretariat of the Regional Council for Public Savings and Financial Markets (CREPMF) requires accredited participants and issuers on the West African Monetary Union financial market to disseminate information according to specified regulatory texts, including Articles 127, 132, 160, and 169 of the General Regulations. These disclosures must satisfy four core criteria—usability, completeness, availability, and reliability—and remain under the direct responsibility of issuers' management to ensure they are verifiable, accurate, precise, and complete. This circular consolidates existing disclosure obligations to standardize financial reporting across the regional market.
