2025-11-18 | Circular No.03The Financial Monitoring Unit has finalized the Suspicious Transaction and Currency Transaction Reporting Regulations, 2025, following approval by the National Executive Committee under the AML Act, 2010. All designated reporting entities are mandated to strictly comply with these new regulatory requirements for submitting transaction reports to the FMU. These regulations are pending formal publication via SRO in The Gazette of Pakistan as part of the legal implementation process.

The regulations will be published through SRO in The Gazette of Pakistan as per due process of law. 2. All the reporting entities designated under the AML Act, 2010 are advised to ensure compliance with the attached set of regulations for the reporting of Suspicious Transactions and Currency Transactions reports to FMU. 3.
