PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE, FIRST SERIES, NO. 095 OF MAY 25, 2026 NOTICE NO. 04/2026 SUBJECT: FINANCIAL SYSTEM − Partial amendment of paragraph 2 of Article 8.º of Notice No. 03/23, dated March 9, regarding Rules for the Execution of Foreign Exchange Transactions by Individuals Whereas it is necessary to partially amend the wording of paragraph 2 of Article 8.º of Notice No. 03/2023, dated March 9, aiming to mitigate the effects arising from geopolitical tensions observed in the international landscape; Pursuant to the combined provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 28.º of Law No. 5/97, dated June 27, Foreign Exchange Law, Article 39.º, and paragraphs 1 and 3 of Article 98.º of Law No. 24/21, dated October 18, Law of the National Bank of Angola. I HEREBY DETERMINE: Article 1.º (Subject Matter) This Notice establishes the partial amendment of the wording of paragraph 2 of Article 8.º of Notice No. 03/23, dated March 9, regarding the Rules for the Execution of Foreign Exchange Transactions by Individuals. Article 2.º (Partial Amendment of the Wording of Paragraph 2 of Article 8.º of Notice No. 03/23, dated March 9) Paragraph 2 of Article 8.º under the heading “Transactions Abroad”, of Notice No. 03/23, dated March 9, shall henceforth read as follows:

In addition to the limitation referred to in the preceding paragraph, the value of unilateral bank transfers may not exceed USD 150,000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand United States Dollars), per transferor and per calendar year.” Article 3.º (Doubts and Omissions) Doubts and omissions resulting from the interpretation and application of this Notice are resolved by the National Bank of Angola.
