Spot Queries This query mechanism will be available to the general public on the Central Bank’s public website (www.bcra.gob.ar) by selecting “The BCRA and you – Query by CUIT, CUIL or CDI”. 4.2.1. Spot queries may be made for debtors corresponding to the latest information available for each entity and will be updated monthly. Under this modality, dissemination will be limited to: ✓ Debtor Name ✓ Entity ✓ Month / Year ✓ Status ✓ Amount ✓ Information subject to judicial process (article 38 item 3 of Law 25.326) ✓ Information subject to review (article 16 item 6 of Law 25.326) ✓ Debtors from the consumer or housing portfolio in non-normal status, classified by: a) Refinancings b) Mandatory reclassification c) Legal status (judicial or extrajudicial compositions, preventive bankruptcy, judicial management or liquidation) d) Uncollectables according to the last paragraph of point 7.2.5 of the C.O. on “Debtors Classification” (includes provisions in point 6.5.5.7.) ✓ Days in arrears on the payment of obligations for debtors classified according to the above section. ✓ Date from which the debtor has been in status 1 () (**). () This data will be disseminated regarding debtors who in the latest Debtors Central are in status 1 across all entities that reported them. (**) The origin date will be the first from which the debtor has registered status 1 across all reporting entities continuously, without prejudice to any intermediate period where they were not included in the Debtors Central.
