Notice of Amendments to Legislation (10 Dec 2018)
The DFSA Board, following the conclusion of Consultation Paper No. 115, has enacted amendments to the DIFC Collective Investment Law 2010 and updated five core modules of the DFSA Rulebook. These changes repeal and replace the existing Collective Investment, Markets, Islamic Finance, Glossary, and Fees modules with revised versions that take effect on 18 December 2018. The finalized legislation and corresponding rulemaking instruments are now available on the DFSA website, while archived versions of the original modules remain accessible for reference.
