Národná banka Slovenska mandates that banks, branches of foreign banks, and investment firms electronically submit supervisory and financial reporting statements via the STATUS information systems. The decree specifies required templates and reporting frequencies for common reporting on capital adequacy, liquidity, large exposures, and leverage, as well as quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reporting components. These requirements are established under the authority of the Slovak Banking Act and Securities Act to ensure comprehensive data collection for regulatory purposes.
