Regulation on Compiling and Submitting Statistical Data on Services (4-MB)
Latvijas Banka issued Regulation No 215 to establish the requirements and procedures for reporting agents to compile and submit quarterly statistical data on services rendered to or received from non-residents. The regulation mandates that commercial entities report these transactions electronically or in paper form by the 25th of the month following the end of each calendar quarter, with values recorded in whole euros. It supersedes previous regulations effective January 1, 2023, and provides detailed classification guidelines for various service categories including telecommunications, computer services, and intellectual property charges.
