Circular Letter No. 4045 - Amends the Layout and Filling Instructions for Document Code 2061 - Operational Limits Statement (DLO)

The Head of the Financial System Monitoring Department (Desig), in exercise of the authority conferred by Article 23, item I, clause "a", of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287, of February 27, 2015, based on Article 77, item III, of the aforementioned Regulations, and considering the provisions of Resolutions Nos. 4,192 and 4,193, both of March 1, 2013, and 4,814, of April 30, 2020, and Circulars Nos. 3,398, of July 23, 2008, 3,644, of March 4, 2013, 3,998, of April 9, 2020, and 4,006, of April 22, 2020.

RESOLVES:

Art. 1. Considering the provisions of Resolution No. 4,814, of April 30, 2020, in addition to the modifications provided for in Circular Letters Nos. 4,013, of March 13, 2020, 4,016, of March 18, 2020, 4,030, of April 15, 2020, and 4,036, of April 24, 2020, the layout and filling instructions for document code 2061 - Operational Limits Statement (DLO), relating to the base date of April 2020, are hereby amended with the following modifications:

I - in the filling instructions:

a) in Table 011 - Risk Mitigators:

1. alteration of the description of domain 154;

2. inclusion of domain 155;

b) in Table 033 - Type of Exposure: Inclusion of domain 43;

II - in the layout:

a) in Annex 11 - Risk Mitigator Code:

1. alteration of the description of domain 154;

2. inclusion of domain 155;

b) in Annex 33 – Type of Exposure: Inclusion of domain 43.

Art. 2. The modifications referred to in Art. 1 are available on the Central Bank of Brazil's website at the electronic address https://www.bcb.gov.br/estabilidadefinanceira/leiautedocumentoscrd.

Art. 3. This Circular Letter enters into force on the date of its publication.
