Decision establishing electronic messages for enforced collection
The Governor of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this decision to standardize the SWIFT message formats used by banks and enforcement organizations during the enforced collection of monetary assets. The regulation defines specific message subtypes, such as SMT 713 for account blocking and SMT 719 for fund transfers, to facilitate the secure exchange of information and execution of orders. These technical specifications, detailed in the annex, govern the structure and mandatory fields for all electronic communications related to securing and transferring judgment debtor funds.
