FSCA Communication 37 of 2022 FAIS Upcoming Workshops for Financial Services Providers
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) has issued Communication 37 of 2022 to announce two free, virtual workshops for registered Financial Services Providers in November and December 2022. The first session addresses the lodgement and implications of irregularity reports under sections 17 and 19 of the FAIS Act, while the second focuses on licensing, competency, and compliance requirements for funeral parlours operating as FSPs. Attendance is limited to the first 1,300 registrants via MS Teams, with live recordings subsequently made available on the FSCA YouTube channel.
