Instruction No. 2010-02 of February 1, 2010, on the Annual Statistical Declaration of Manual Money Changers, as Amended by Instruction No. 2011-I-03 (Repealed)
The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2010-02 to establish the requirements for the annual statistical declaration of manual money changers. This instruction was subsequently modified by Instruction No. 2011-I-03 to update specific regulatory provisions. The document has been officially repealed by Instruction No. 2011-I-04.
