Instruction No. 7/2021
Banco de Portugal issued Instruction No. 7/2021 to incorporate the ECB's Information Management System (IMAS) Portal into domestic law and amend the declaration regarding the processing of personal data. The instruction applies to credit institutions, financial companies, and other supervised entities, requiring compliance with updated information duties. It entered into force on April 16, 2021, under the enabling legislation of Law No. 5/98 and Decree-Law No. 298/92.
