Resolution SMV No. 004-2025-SMV/01
The Peruvian Securities Market Superintendence (SMV) issued Resolution No. 004-2025-SMV/01 to authorize CAVALI S.A. I.C.L.V. to provide an added-value information service regarding negotiable invoices recorded in the Accounting Register. This authorization permits CAVALI to offer this service as a connected and complementary activity to those established in Article 223 of the Single Text of the Ordered Law of the Securities Market. The resolution was published in El Peruano on February 3, 2025.
