Key sections to pay attention to include the definitions of merger and takeover in paragraphs 3.1 & 3.2, timelines for processing and approvals in paragraphs 6.1 & 6.2, documentary requirements from paragraph 7.1 - 7.4, and final approval process under paragraph 9.4.3.
