The Head of the Department of Competition and Financial Market Structure (Decem), using the authority granted to him by Articles 23, item I, letter "a", and 97-A, item I, letter "a", both of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287 of February 27, 2015,
R E S O L V E:
Art. 1º Concentration acts set forth in Circular No. 3,590 of April 26, 2012, shall be submitted to the Department of Competition and Financial Market Structure (Decem).
Art. 2º The documentation referred to in Article 2 of Circular No. 3,590 of 2012 must be filed at the Central Bank of Brazil units, addressed to:
