PS18/21: SME access to the Financial Ombudsman Service - near-final rules

The Financial Conduct Authority issued Policy Statement 18/21 to finalize rules regarding Small and Medium-sized Enterprises' access to the Financial Ombudsman Service. The document establishes the criteria for determining whether a business qualifies as an SME eligible for the ombudsman's jurisdiction. These near-final rules were developed following a consultation period that closed in April 2018 and were published in October 2018.
