CSSF Circular 19/718: Adoption of ESMA and EBA Guidelines on Complaints-Handling

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) issued Circular 19/718 to formally adopt the Guidelines on complaints-handling for the securities and banking sectors.
