Notice of Consultation Paper Release
The Dubai Financial Services Authority and the Dubai International Finance Centre Authority jointly released Consultation Paper No. 119 proposing amendments to the Protected Cell Company and Investment Company Regulations. Stakeholders must submit written comments on these regulatory changes by 24 June 2018. The full consultation paper is available for public review on the DFSA website.
