## REQUEST DATA FOR THE CHILD AND YOUTH FINANCE DIAGNOSTICS SURVEY

The Bank of Zambia (BoZ) is conducting the Child and Youth Finance Diagnostics Survey for BoZ regulated financial institutions. The Baseline Survey is aimed at ascertaining the current landscape in terms of financial products and services being offered to children and youths by financial institutions under its ambit.

In this regard, and pursuant to Section 60 of the *Bank of Zambia Act No. 43 of 1996*, your institution is required to provide data for this important undertaking through completion of questionnaires to be administered by electronic means. The information supplied by your institution will be **strictly confidential and will be used for statistical purposes only**.

Further, we request that you provide us with the details of the contact person (name, position and email address) for your institution for this Survey by November 9, 2020 in order to enable us send a link to the questionnaire.
