The Financial Conduct Authority proposes miscellaneous amendments to its Handbook, including changes to SUP 16.6 compliance reports, amendments to Prospectus Rules regarding final terms, revocation of the Building Societies Regulatory Guide, and updates to the Training and Competence sourcebook qualifications. This consultation targets firms and individuals with an interest in these specific regulatory areas. Stakeholders are invited to submit comments via an online response form by 5 February 2015 for chapters 2 through 4 and by 5 January 2015 for chapter 5.
Once a quarter, we consult on proposed miscellaneous amendments to our Handbook. These tend to be minor changes but we still want to get your feedback on our proposals.
What are we consulting on this quarter?
We are proposing to:
make changes to SUP 16.6 compliance reports
amend the Prospectus Rules, including the provisions about final terms
revoke the Building Societies Regulatory Guide, and
make changes to the Training and Competence sourcebook list of appropriate qualifications.
