Limited Liability Partnerships (Registration and Fees) (Amendment) Order, 2020
The Minister responsible for Finance in Belize issued this Order to amend the Limited Liability Partnerships (Registration and Fees) Order, 2000. The amendment replaces the reference to the Solicitor General with the Registrar of Companies and Corporate Affairs and assigns the Registrar the duty to design and manage the seal for authenticating limited liability partnership registration documents. This Order came into force on August 17, 2020.
