Official Gazette No. 28535-B of May 29, 2018: Executive Decrees and Resolutions
The Ministry of Economy and Finance issued Executive Decree No. 62 to modify Executive Decree No. 170 of 1993 and Resolution JD-REG-001-18 to establish sanctioning procedures for non-financial subjects regarding anti-money laundering. The Ministry of the Presidency ordered the expropriation of two properties in Chiriquí for urgent social interest to fulfill Contract Law No. 36-17. Additional appointments include acting viceministers and secretaries, while the Ministry of Health designated a member to the Social Security Actuarial Board.
