Seychelles Gambling (Fees) Regulations, 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56 of the Seychelles Gambling Act, 2014, the Minister responsible for Finance, in consultation with the Financial Services Authority, makes the following Regulations —
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Seychelles Gambling (Fees) Regulations, 2020 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2020.
Citation and commencement
2. The application fee for applying for licence under section 6 (1) of the Act shall be as follows —

| (e) Remove the gambling and other activities authorised under a licence, from the licenced premises to any other premises, whether permanently or temporarily under section 15 (4) (b) and (7) | 20% of the respective licence application fee |
| (f) Request to have a licence or any conditions to the licence amended in anyway whatsoever under section 15(4) (c) and (7) | 30% of the respective licence application fee |

Annual fee
3. The annual licence fee payable by the licensee under section 27 (1) of the Act shall be as follows —

4. The fee payable for copy of document under section 8 (1) of the Act shall be —

6. The license fee payable on renewal of a licence under section 30 of the Act shall be the same amount as specified under regulation 3.

7. The Seychelles Gambling (Fees) Regulations, 2018 is hereby repealed.
