DOC-2024-01 ESMA Guidelines on reporting under EMIR

On January 26, 2024, the AMF declared its compliance with the ESMA Guidelines on reporting under EMIR, which were published on October 23, 2023. These guidelines establish the requirements for reporting derivative contracts to trade repositories under the European Market Infrastructure Regulation. The AMF provides links to the official documents in both French and English for reference.
