Registered Exporters Guidelines (REX System)
The CVO Unit administers the REX registration framework, requiring exporters to submit complete and accurate AREX forms for validation. Upon successful verification, the authority assigns a unique REX number to each applicant via email. Applications that fail validation receive a detailed refusal justification, ensuring transparent processing within the Registered Exporters system.

If all data in the AREX form is complete and all the information provided is correct, and the control carried out is successful the CVO Unit will proceed with the registration of the exporter in the REX system. The AREX form is validated and the CVO Unit will assign a REX number to the exporter which is sent through email. If the AREX form is rejected, a justification of the refusal is sent to the applicant by email.
