Iraq Securities Commission Board Decisions of 19 September 2022

The Iraq Securities Commission Board approved the listing of shares for the Increase of General Ready-Made Garments Production and Trading Company in the Iraqi Depository Center following the completion of registration procedures. The Board also authorized the amendment of the Memorandum of Association for Karbala Hotels Company to change its name and activity to Karbala Rihaab for Real Estate Investments. These decisions were issued during the Board's session held on 19 September 2022.
