Instruction No. 2015-I-19 of Oct 2, 2015 on electronic signature of documents transmitted to ACPR (Banking Sector), amended by Instruction No. 2017-I-13 of Jun 26, 2017 (Consolidated Version) (Repealed)

The French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued this instruction to establish the technical and legal requirements for electronically signing documents transmitted to the regulator within the banking sector. Originally enacted on October 2, 2015, and subsequently amended on June 26, 2017, the directive standardized digital authentication procedures for banking compliance submissions. The regulation has been formally repealed by Instruction No. 2025-I-04, rendering its provisions obsolete for current regulatory filings.
