Decision on Medals and Tokens Similar to Euro Coins
The Executive Board of the National Bank of Serbia issued this Decision to define the technical and visual features that classify metallic objects as medals or tokens similar to euro coins. It establishes specific criteria regarding size, design elements, and metal properties, while providing exemptions for items with holes, precious metals, or those lacking nominal values. The regulation mandates the surrender of seized similar items to OLAF and requires economic operators to submit annual reports on pre-existing stock until the end of 2015.
