Circular No. 127 Human Appeal International Australia Non-Profit Company
The Palestine Monetary Authority, acting on directives from the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of National Economy, has issued a circular instructing all banks operating in Palestine to immediately cease processing any financial transactions for Human Appeal International Australia Non-Profit Company (Registration No. 562703645). This directive follows a Cabinet decision dated June 6, 2017, which formally rejected the organization's request to receive funding into its accounts for the "Year of Sacrifice Revival Project." Banks are hereby mandated to enforce this non-approval and take all necessary compliance measures to block the specified financial inflows.
