Cabinet Decision on Official Holidays for Religious and National Festivals in Palestine for the Year 2025 CE No. (1) of 2025 CE
The Cabinet Based on the provisions of the amended Basic Law of 2003 CE and its amendments, and on the provisions of Civil Service Law No. (4) of 1998 CE and its amendments, along with its executive regulations, and based on the proposal of the Head of the General Employees' Affairs Bureau, and upon the powers delegated to us, and in pursuit of the public interest,
The Cabinet has decided, during its session held in Ramallah on 2025/01/21 CE, the following:
Article (1) Approval of the official holiday days for religious and national festivals in the State of Palestine for the year 2025 CE, according to the tables attached to this decision.
Article (2) All competent authorities, each within its respective jurisdiction, shall implement the provisions of this decision. It shall take effect from the date of issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
