Instruction No. 002-DOM/22 of May 3, 2022 amending certain provisions of Instruction No. 007-DOM/19 of October 25, 2019 on the interest rate corridor system and repealing Instruction No. 001-DOM/22 of February 1, 2022
The Acting Governor of the Central Bank of Madagascar issued Instruction No. 002-DOM/22 to amend the interest rate corridor system established by Instruction No. 007-DOM/19. The directive sets the corridor width at 2.00 percentage points and establishes standing facility rates at 6.00% for deposits and 8.00% for marginal lending. It simultaneously repeals all provisions of Instruction No. 001-DOM/22 and takes effect on May 4, 2022.
